This position is responsible for managing client relationships, driving project delivery, and advising senior stakeholders. The role requires balancing consultative advising with hands-on project execution to ensure long-term client success and service delivery.
- Responsibilities:
• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend business and technical solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
• Develop, monitor, and report on integrated project plans and milestones
• Address and resolve critical program or project issues and scope changes
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Perform project tasks such as analysis, design, process engineering, and change management as needed
• Advocate for digital accessibility and inclusive design in all projects and client interactions
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Proven experience in account management or related roles
• Minimum 8 years in project or program management, preferably with full agile life cycle experience
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex consulting engagements
• Ability to assess client needs and design optimal solutions
• Creative problem-solving skills for complex technical and business challenges
• Ability to quickly establish credibility, build consensus, and influence outcomes
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
