  • About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Manager, Community will focus on identifying growth opportunities and developing high-impact products that strengthen the connection between streamers and viewers. This role centers on enhancing viewer engagement with communities and content they value, using a strategy grounded in customer needs and agile innovation. The position involves shaping both short and long-term plans to evolve key growth initiatives, particularly around notifications and engagement platforms.

  • Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute tactical improvements to key growth drivers using experimentation and data analysis

• Develop strategic plans for growth initiatives and platform evolution over a 2-3 year horizon

• Collaborate closely with product design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver results

• Manage ambiguity and complexity in pursuing short- and long-term objectives

• Represent viewer and streamer perspectives in product development to optimize user experience across teams

  • Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on consumer-facing growth, engagement, or notifications products

• Proven ability to drive growth through experimentation with A/B testing and data-driven decision making

• Strong analytical skills, capable of balancing quantitative insights with product intuition when data is limited

• Experience defining and executing product strategy in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication skills for articulating customer problems and aligning diverse stakeholders

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• Familiarity with the platform’s ecosystem as a viewer or creator

• Experience working with go-to-market teams to launch new products

• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with experimentation or analytics tools

  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• US, WA, Seattle - Annually $151,200 to $204,600 USD

• US, CA, San Francisco - Annually $173,900 to $235,200 USD

• US, NY, New York - Annually $166,300 to $225,000 USD

• US, CA, Los Angeles - Annually $151,200 to $204,600 USD

• US, CA, Irvine - Annually $151,200 to $204,600 USD

• Compensation includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units. Final pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
