Senior Client Security Analyst

• About the Opportunity:

The Senior Client Security Analyst role is critical for managing client security requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This position drives the successful execution of security assessments, questionnaires, and compliance processes. It plays a key role in coordinating across teams to meet deadlines and maintain service level agreements, contributing directly to client trust and organizational security posture.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage security questionnaires and compliance requests from clients

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate security information

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards in client engagements

• Track and manage timelines and service level agreements for security deliverables

• Use tools such as JIRA, Whistic, Vanta, OneTrust, Loopio, and RFPio to support compliance efforts

• Collaborate on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform activities

• Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a security-focused client-facing role

• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Experience handling security questionnaires and HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and meet service level agreements

• Bachelor’s degree
