Experience with data governance, customer journey analytics, and healthcare data is preferred.

Sr. Digital Product Manager

This individual contributor role works closely with an engineering pod to define features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. The position is essential for enabling partners to adopt platform capabilities efficiently and confidently, contributing to the evolution of a unified data platform that supports personalized healthcare solutions. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate complex priorities in an Agile environment.
3. Responsibilities
:
- Own the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) roadmap, backlog, and delivery cycles across teams
- Lead planning, governance, and evolution of AEP schemas with Data & Analytics and governance bodies
- Define and optimize audience and segment strategies for personalization and cross-channel activation
- Translate business needs into clear AEP use cases with product, marketing, and customer journey teams
- Collaborate with Journey Orchestration and Customer Journey Analytics teams to align on data and activation
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data publishing accuracy, quality, and identity stitching
- Facilitate user feedback, create documentation, and support onboarding across teams
- Monitor platform performance and usage; drive adoption across business units and international markets
- Write and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria incorporating quality and compliance
- Serve as Product Owner for an engineering pod, managing backlog, sprint planning, and delivery
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies to maintain visibility on progress and risks
- Track and resolve delivery milestones, dependencies, and blockers to align with roadmaps
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and experiments into backlog planning
- Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements
:
- 4+ years as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum, including backlog ownership and sprint planning
- Experience managing delivery for an embedded engineering pod, balancing prioritization and trade-offs
- Ability to translate business needs and user insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team alignment and executive updates
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining delivery focus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills using data and metrics to guide decisions
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
