- About the Opportunity:
The Senior Program Manager, Product leads complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable value to customers. This role manages multiple large-scale customer-facing programs, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate throughout the full project lifecycle. The position requires proactively managing risks, leveraging AI tools for program clarity, and ensuring all stakeholders have visibility to drive successful outcomes. The role is critical for representing the customer’s voice, maintaining trusted relationships, and influencing internal teams to prioritize customer-centric solutions.
- Responsibilities:
• Own and manage large-scale, customer-facing programs involving multiple teams, phases, partners, and third parties.
• Lead external customer communication, setting clear expectations on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Advocate for customers internally, prioritizing configuration, product setup, and internal efforts accordingly.
• Manage client communications and escalations productively to maintain trust and momentum.
• Develop and maintain coordinated project plans with internal teams focused on customer experience.
• Collaborate with product teams, system integrators, partners, and customers to resolve execution conflicts.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all customer-facing and internal deliverables.
• Drive projects end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, scope definition, and scheduling.
• Use AI tools to maintain program clarity, surface risks proactively, and align stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve customer experience.
• Foster a cross-functional, collaborative culture prioritizing customer outcomes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of organizational structure, products, and configuration to credibly represent capabilities.
• Identify and communicate project risks and their impact to executive audiences.
- Requirements:
• 8+ years managing medium to large-scale technical projects with significant customer-facing program ownership.
• Proven success independently managing complex initiatives and external customer relationships.
• Experience managing portfolios of projects and discussing technical and business requirements with diverse audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and determine appropriate actions.
