- About the Opportunity:
The Staff Data Analyst will lead a team of analysts focused on performance tracking, reporting, and delivering insights to support business growth. This role is critical for driving data-informed decisions, particularly in shaping sportsbook strategy. The position works closely with senior commercial stakeholders to provide actionable analysis and recommendations that impact acquisition and overall business performance.
- Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise in the sportsbook and gaming products and operations
• Enhance acquisition performance through data-driven insights
• Produce regular and ad hoc analyses and present findings to key stakeholders
• Build strong partnerships with Digital Acquisition, Sportsbook, Casino, and Data teams
• Collaborate with other analysts and data scientists to solve business challenges
• Stay updated on data analytics technologies and industry trends in sports betting and gaming
- Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages like R or Python is a plus
• Knowledge of statistical concepts including multivariate testing
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Customer-focused, outcome-driven, and experienced in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
• Prior experience in betting and gaming industry is highly desirable
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary Range $160,000—$190,000 USD
• Compensation varies by geographical location and is subject to change based on specific offer zones
• Includes base salary, bonus, and full-time employment benefits
