2. About the Opportunity
: The
Data Analyst, Product
role supports product teams by delivering trusted data and clear analysis to improve decision-making. This position focuses on understanding customer behavior to enhance the customer experience and drive better business outcomes. The analyst will build business intelligence solutions, define key performance indicators, and analyze usage data for the organization''s Platforms sections and Dedicated offering. Operating in a fully remote, asynchronous environment, this role enables teams to understand product health and make confident, data-driven decisions.

3. Responsibilities
:

• Collaborate with stakeholders from product management to leadership to define analytical approaches
• Integrate data from multiple sources to tell a clear story about product usage and customer behavior
• Develop reporting for new products and features, defining metrics and repeatable analyses for adoption and performance tracking
• Analyze usage patterns in Platforms sections to identify performance and improvement areas
• Explore behavioral trends for the Dedicated offering to inform product and customer experience decisions
• Partner with UX teams to support quantitative research and understand user behavior
• Work with Engineering on data collection and instrumentation to ensure accurate product usage measurement
• Coordinate with Analytics Engineers on data modeling to support reliable reporting and analysis

4. Requirements
:

• Advanced SQL skills to answer complex product questions accurately
• Experience creating business intelligence visualizations and dashboards, preferably with Tableau or similar tools
• Background in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on data creation and measurement strategies
• Experience working with Data and Analytics Engineering to develop data models for reporting
• Strong analytical skills to translate product usage data into actionable recommendations
• Experience conducting and interpreting A/B tests for evidence-based decision-making
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex data insights simply
• Ability to work effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment aligned with the organization’s values

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package
