  • About the Opportunity:

The Senior Program Manager, Talent Attraction is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic talent attraction programs. This role focuses on building sourcing strategies, managing talent partnerships, and engaging professional communities to create pipelines of mission-aligned candidates. The position drives measurable hiring outcomes by integrating sourcing channels, events, and CRM strategies. It directly impacts the organization’s ability to attract high-quality talent and supports recruiting leadership to meet workforce goals.

  • Responsibilities:

• Design and manage talent attraction programs including sourcing enablement, community partnerships, and industry events

• Implement AI and automation tools to innovate talent attraction processes and improve efficiency

• Plan and execute talent-focused events with an emphasis on measurable hiring results

• Develop and maintain the organization’s presence in professional communities and networks for recruiting access

• Oversee CRM strategy to capture, tag, and activate candidate contacts through structured nurture flows

• Define and track performance metrics such as event ROI, outreach conversion, and CRM engagement

• Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and marketing to align programs with workforce priorities and ensure smooth candidate pipeline transitions

  • Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in recruiting program management, talent partnerships, or events strategy with program ownership

• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from strategy through measurement in fast-paced environments

• Experience planning and executing events or partnerships that deliver measurable hiring outcomes

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making to report on program ROI

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations

  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual base salary range: $131,197 to $154,350 USD

• Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions

• Total compensation includes base salary, performance-based bonus or variable pay, and equity for eligible roles
