About the Role

The Security Analyst 4 is responsible for developing and executing programs to reduce information security risks and enhance the organization's security posture. The role contributes to critical areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, threat and vulnerability management, incident response, security policy enforcement, privacy, and information security education. This position supports the assessment and mitigation of security risks in complex, business-critical environments, helping to safeguard the organization's operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to reduce information security risks
  • Support security posture improvements in areas including risk management, compliance, and incident response
  • Assess information security risks related to business operations, systems, and applications
  • Conduct and document complex security risk assessments
  • Assist in creating and implementing security solutions and programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security analyst roles or related occupation
  • Experience with Qualys and Nessus tools
  • Knowledge of dynamic application security testing (DAST), static application security testing (SAST), or static code analysis
  • Threat hunting or incident response experience
  • Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Tanium, Carbon Black, or CylancePROTECT
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux
  • Understanding of IPv4 networks
  • Knowledge of encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashing, digital signatures, or PKI certificate management
  • Malware analysis skills
  • Scripting experience in Python or Bash
  • Experience with REST API
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
