  • About the Opportunity:

The Staff Technical Program Manager, Core Experience leads complex, high-impact programs that shape the future of products, platforms, and operations within the grocery delivery space. This role drives strategic initiatives spanning multiple teams and partners, focusing on areas such as AI transformation and personalization. It plays a central role in aligning cross-functional objectives, mitigating risks, and delivering scalable outcomes that directly influence company strategy and customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy, definition, and execution of complex, cross-company programs with executive visibility

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear programs with execution plans and success metrics

• Develop cross-program roadmaps spanning multiple engineering and partner teams

• Apply technical knowledge to guide architectural decisions and derisk solutions

• Align program goals with company strategy through collaboration with executive leadership

• Drive operational excellence using data-driven program management and continuous improvement

• Resolve resource gaps, negotiate priorities, and de-escalate conflicts to improve team efficiency

• Define and scale frameworks and processes across TPM, Engineering, and Product teams

• Mentor and onboard TPMs, promoting best practices and inclusive collaboration

• Identify new high-impact problems and ensure ownership and execution

  • Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles such as technical program manager, engineering manager, or product manager

• Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high ambiguity

• Expertise in designing program structures, execution plans, and multi-team roadmaps

• Strong technical knowledge to influence architecture and mitigate risks

• Effective communication skills with experience presenting to VP and executive audiences

• Data-driven decision-making skills, including setting KPIs/OKRs and tracking outcomes

• Experience fostering continuous improvement and collaborative team environments

• Proven mentoring experience for TPMs and ability to manage organizational conflicts

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline

• Experience leading programs with direct executive engagement influencing strategy

• Ability to design and scale reusable program management frameworks and tools

• Experience with AI/ML programs or applying AI in program management

• Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or logistics
