• About the Opportunity:

The Business Value Management Data Analyst role supports federal clients by analyzing complex data to uncover opportunities for operational improvement. This position translates data insights into actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive mission success. The role is essential for monitoring key performance indicators and delivering data-driven strategies that enhance program effectiveness.

• Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify opportunities aligned with client goals

• Translate analytical results into clear, actionable insights for clients and leadership

• Monitor KPIs to detect operational issues promptly

• Query and analyze complex data sets used in testing

• Develop expertise in data structures, schemas, and system functions

• Requirements:

• US citizenship (Public Trust eligible)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL

• Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills

• Preferred: Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Flourish, JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence, or similar tools

• Preferred: Familiarity with predictive modeling and high-impact data models

• Preferred: Understanding of military service and benefits

• Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range for designated states and jurisdictions is $70,500 to $136,700 USD

• Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience
