Engineering Design Lead-Pharmaceuticals
Role summary
The Engineering Design Lead in Pharmaceuticals is a full-time, onsite role responsible for managing all aspects of engineering design projects, serving as the primary point of contact for AE. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams on User Requirements and Briefs (URB), preparing progress reports, leading Design to Value (DTV) initiatives, and overseeing the Basis of Design (BOD) phase with EHS reviews. The role also involves coordinating design and constructability reviews, ensuring feedback is provided to the A/E, and managing all A/E deliverables from BOD through final construction documents. The position requires relocation to Cambridge, MA.
Engineering and Design Lead (E&D) serves as the main Proof of Concept
(POC) for the AE, and is responsible for managing all related project
items including collaborating with and support from project teams for
the User Requirements and Brief (URB), preparing monthly progress
reports, Lead the Design to Value (DTV) kick-off t insure readiness for
the Basis of Design (BOD) phase, EHS by design review complete on the
BOD stage, coordinate design reviews and ensure comments are
provided to he A/E, Coordinate constructability review with the CM or
Pre-Con partner and ensure comments are provided to the A/E, and
manage all subsequent A/E delivery packages from BOD through final construction documents.
