Required Qualifications

We are seeking an AI Engineer focused on organizational productivity and operational excellence to work with an engineering team to evaluate goals, priorities, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role identifies opportunities where AI tools, agents, and automation can improve execution speed, quality, and focus, and deploys new or improved SOPs to maximize team productivity.

Required Qualifications
:

Strong background in AI/ML, applied automation, or intelligent systems.

Experience evaluating and improving team processes, workflows, or operating models.

Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or orchestration frameworks.

Ability to translate ambiguous productivity problems into structured, deployable solutions.

Strong communication skills to influence adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
