Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems, contribute to the architecture of back-end solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices for programming and software development. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional AI teams and stakeholders to deliver production-grade, high-impact AI solutions for various industries.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development methodologies
- Advanced Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
- Prior experience in developing AI-driven or production-scale applications is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
