Role summary

The Prediction Markets team is building a new asset class that enables customers to engage with real-world events in dynamic and meaningful ways. This team operates at the forefront of product development, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations to launch new experiences across multiple verticals. As a design leader on this team, you'll set the creative and strategic direction for how users interact with fast-evolving markets — shaping one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas of the business.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will define the design vision and strategy for Prediction Markets, leading end-to-end execution across trading, engagement, and platform expansion. You'll drive the highest-leverage design work yourself while raising the quality bar across the broader team. This role demands strong design craft, organizational influence, and the ability to shape product direction at the executive level. You'll own ambiguous, complex problem spaces and be a key voice in how Robinhood builds a category-defining product.
This role is based in our New York, NY and Menlo Park, CA offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
