Role summary
Robinhood's Learning & Development team is seeking a Manager to lead the design, quality, and delivery of impactful learning experiences across the company. This role involves managing a team of learning designers, partnering with business units to translate complex content into scalable programs, and setting high standards for learning design. The Manager will also define and evolve design guidelines, manage learning technologies, and drive the evaluation of training effectiveness to ensure measurable business impact. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on practical, embedded learning that drives high performance. This role is based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY, with a requirement for at least 4 days per week in the office.

As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will lead the design, quality, and delivery of learning experiences across Robinhood. You’ll manage a team, and partner with the business to translate intricate content into impactful, scalable programs. You’ll set a high bar for learning design quality, ensure consistency across programs, and drive innovation in learning modalities and tools. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels—leading a team while also rolling up their sleeves to design content when needed.
This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
