Role summary
The Office Administration Associate is responsible for managing and streamlining financial and administrative tasks, including processing checks, resolving returned check issues, updating vendor information, and reconciling payments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to adapt to new software, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position located in Tempe, AZ.

Compensation:
$20.00 - $22.00 hourly. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
Pay Transparency
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
