Founding Software Engineer AI

We are seeking a talented Founding Software Engineer to lead the technical development of an innovative AI video production startup. This role involves partnering closely with the founders to craft user-centric solutions from initial concept to full-scale production. You will take ownership of the end-to-end development of full-stack product features, with a special focus on designing scalable architectures that support rapid product iteration and long-term growth. Your expertise will drive the optimization of agentic LLM systems, focusing on tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and MCP protocols, ensuring minimal latency and cost across diverse model architectures. A crucial part of your role will be to develop a high-performance motion graphics engine and make strategic architectural decisions crucial for scaling the platform to potentially millions of users. We are looking for candidates with at least a year of experience in building production software, possessing strong expertise in full-stack development and modern web applications. Your ability to deliver products efficiently in a fast-paced environment, coupled with robust programming and system design skills, is vital. Responsibilities
