Role summary

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Wi-Fi Test & Automation Engineer with 5–8+ years of experience in device testing and wireless networking. This role involves end-to-end testing and automation of broadband devices, including gateways and Wi-Fi extenders, to ensure high-quality and reliable product performance
Key Responsibility
- Execute end-to-end testing of home networking devices, including functional, performance, regression, and interoperability testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Java and Cucumber
- Validate Wi-Fi technologies such as 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, mesh networking, band steering, roaming, and wireless backhaul
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot issues across devices and network layers
- Work with networking protocols including DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, TCP/UDP
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve test automation and processes
- Perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and high-quality releases
- Mentor junior engineers and support test strategy development
Required skills
- Strong experience in Wi-Fi Testing
- Expertise in Automation Testing (Java, Cucumber)
- Solid understanding of Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, NAT)
Qualification
- 5–8+ years of experience in wireless networking, broadband, or device testing
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
