The CTO/Co-Founder will lead the development of the technology vision and strategy, oversee software and product development, and architect scalable solutions that align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing projects, overseeing tech teams, and evolving IT strategies to support efficient vulnerability management and compliance automation. The role also involves working closely with other founders to drive product innovation and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Development, including programming, debugging, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading Product Development initiatives and driving innovation that aligns with market needs.
- Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture to build and maintain robust technical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, leading diverse teams, and overseeing multiple technical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or compliance technology is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
