We are looking for a Product Manager to define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and build scalable AI-driven solutions across Scry AI’s platforms. This role is critical in aligning product vision with customer needs and business objectives.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to build products that solve real business problems and deliver measurable value to enterprise clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives and company objectives

Requirement Gathering & Product Development

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product development

Go-to-Market & Product Positioning

• Work with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning and messaging
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Ensure product value is clearly communicated to target audiences

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback
• Identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements
• Continuously refine features based on data and insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams
• Support implementation and client adoption of products

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in product management or product strategy roles
• Understanding of SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology products
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product direction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
