Alternate Program Manager, DPRR
Role summary
SCT is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support social marketing programs for the HQDA G-1 Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR). The role focuses on enhancing the physical and psychological health, resilience, readiness, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and DA Civilians. Key responsibilities include developing and executing communication, social marketing, and outreach strategies, tracking project deliverables, and directly supervising editors and graphic artists. The position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree with significant project management experience, specifically in social marketing programs. This is a remote, full-time, supervisory role.

Description
SCT is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) supporting social marketing programs, to provide project management support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-1 Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, readiness, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians.
Duties for Role
- Provide support for development and execution of communication, social marketing, awareness, and outreach activities to include refinement of communication strategy, development of materials, implementation plans, and scheduling and coordination of outreach activities.
- Track and monitor all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract performance standards.
- Directly supervise and manage project editors and graphic artists.
- Provide oversight for the team's Products on Demand (POD) site.
- Work with team members to prepare deliverables, including project briefings, newsletter, study findings, reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years' experience in project management, of which a minimum of 5 years' experience shall be supporting social marketing programs (not social media marketing) OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years' experience in project management supporting social marketing (not social media marketing) programs.
- U.S. Citizen (required by contract)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Army/DoD experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- May require the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
