GTM Engineer
AI Insurtech | New York (Hybrid – 2 Days Per Week)
$80,000 - $120,000 Base + Equity
Our client is AI first Insurtech company building one of the most advanced AI platforms in the insurance industry, helping enterprise teams process complex claims and operational workflows through AI-powered reasoning, automation, and document intelligence.
Backed by leading Insurtech investors and already working with enterprise customers, the business is entering a significant growth phase and looking for a GTM Engineer to help build the systems and infrastructure that power scalable revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role sitting between technology and revenue. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to build the commercial engine behind a rapidly growing AI business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and optimising HubSpot and the wider GTM tech stack
- Building automation across lead routing, enrichment, outbound workflows, and lifecycle management
- Creating dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure
- Connecting data across sales, marketing, product, and customer systems
- Improving pipeline visibility, attribution, and revenue operations
- Supporting outbound and inbound growth initiatives through scalable processes and automation
- Working closely with leadership to identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements
What They're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience within startup, scale-up, or high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Proven track record building workflows and automation across the GTM funnel
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership
Nice To Have
- Experience within AI, SaaS, or technology businesses
- Exposure to enterprise sales environments
- Experience supporting SDR or outbound teams
- Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales motions
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or workflow automation tools
