Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager will lead the development and management of strategic relationships across all operating cities. This role is critical in driving revenue, expanding into new markets, and strengthening our brand presence through high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
- Manage and grow relationships with
200+ existing attraction partners
- Identify and secure
new partnerships across current and expansion cities
- Negotiate agreements, commissions, and long-term collaboration opportunities
- Maintain strong partner engagement and performance
Strategic Relationship Building
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Tourism boards (DMOs)
- Local governments
- Hotels, attractions, and key tourism stakeholders
- Represent See Sight Tours at local events, tourism meetings, and networking opportunities
Market Expansion
- Lead partnership efforts for
new city launches
- Identify key local partners to establish credibility and enhance tour offerings
- Develop city-specific partnership strategies
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Identify and execute
co-marketing initiatives
with partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and local activations
- Strengthen
city-level brand presence
through partnerships
Success Metrics
- Growth in
number and quality of partnerships
- Revenue generated
from partnership channels
- Strength of
brand presence in each city
- Number and effectiveness of
strategic collaborations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- Proven ability to
build and manage relationships at scale
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly
outgoing, professional, and confident communicator
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships across different markets
- Self-starter who thrives in a
fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in
tourism, hospitality, partnerships, or business development
- Existing network within tourism boards, attractions, or local governments
- Experience working with
DMOs or public-sector stakeholders
- Background in co-marketing or strategic brand partnerships
