This remote role requires strong Twilio voice/call center expertise, a data-driven mindset with SQL proficiency, and a deep understanding of the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will own product requirements for Twilio-based contact center solutions, translate business needs into user stories, manage backlogs in an Agile environment, and leverage data analysis for product decisions. This is a hands-on role focused on real-time communication systems and high-scale customer interactions.

Job Description:

Senzcraft
is looking for a Seasoned Technical Product Owner (12+ years) to support a leading Healthcare client based in
Newyork
. This role is ideal for someone with strong Twilio voice/call center experience and a solid data-driven mindset (SQL).

This is not a typical PO role — you’ll be working on real-time communication systems, high-scale customer interactions, and data-backed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive
product requirements
for Twilio-based inbound voice/contact center solutions
- Translate complex business needs into
well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
Agile environment
- Work closely with stakeholders to
prioritize backlog and manage expectations
- Leverage
SQL and data analysis
to support product decisions and performance improvements
- Ensure seamless execution of
end-to-end product lifecycle

Must have skills:

- Strong experience with
Twilio (Inbound Voice / IVR / Contact Center)
- Hands-on expertise in
SQL and data analysis
- Proven experience in
Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user story creation
- Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills
- Healthcare domain experience (Mandatory)
- Work Authorization: GC / USC (Mandatory)
