About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, driven Senior Product Manager to join our AI team and lead the creation of next-generation mortgage tech products powered by AI. This role is for someone who doesn’t just think big but also rolls up their sleeves to make it happen. You’ll be at the forefront of building intelligent solutions that challenge the status quo and deliver real-world impact.
What You’ll Do
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration for AI-driven products.
• Design product APIs based on functional decomposition
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to re-engineer business processes using AI and to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams.
• Navigate ambiguity and constraints whether organizational, technical, or regulatory with creativity, persistence, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively.

Required Experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• Experienced at conceptualizing, building and launching AI-powered or automation-centric products.
• Ability to reimagine existing processes and redesign the future workflows leveraging AI
• Hands on experience with LLMs, RPA, GPT-based tools in building enterprise grade products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A bias for action, experimentation, and learning.
