Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs workstations, laptops, network hardware and software components.
  • Provides end-user technical assistance in both administrative offices and in manufacturing environments.
  • Installs, configures and troubleshoots all versions of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Applications.
  • Manages workflow using Service Now to document customer issues and concerns
  • Stays current with industry standards and knowledge
  • Provide basic network/wi-fi troubleshooting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years or more experience providing technical assistance to users onsite and/or remotely in support of computer network operations, workstations, laptops and printers; Graduation from an accredited high school or possess a GED.
