<Responsibilities>
- Lead the design and execution of preschool curricula aligned with educational standards and best practices in early childhood development.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead operational analysis to identify areas for improvement in program quality, safety protocols, and student and family engagement.
- Oversee compliance with NM state licensing requirements, safety regulations, and quality management standards through regular audits and assessments.
- Lead team meetings to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and align goals across church leadership and Preschool staff members.
- Prepare reports on program performance metrics including financial reporting to inform strategic decisions .<Skills>
- Proven experience supervising teams within educational or childcare settings with strong leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in change management strategies to adapt programs swiftly in response to evolving needs or regulations.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, requirements analysis, and business process modeling to develop effective program frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for family and church engagement, presentation delivery, and technical writing related to program documentation and outreach.
