📋Objectives & Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes as part of the DAAE department
• Lead projects from the planning stage and utilize modern technologies to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with service directors and UX designers to create system prototypes, from web services to ERP
• Participating in requirements gathering, definition, and implementation

📝Requirements & Qualifications

Must Have

• Business level Japanese
• Experience in development from the requirement definition phase
• Experience in modern languages, not legacy languages such as PHP, C, C# or Java
• Experience in multiple languages, not specializing in one language
• Knowledge of some of the following technologies:
• Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Docker
• Back-end: NodeJS, Go, Python
• Front-end: Typescript, React
• Mobile: Flutter

Nice to Have

• Experience in PWA development
• Understanding of design practices
• 0 to 1 development experience
• Agile development experience
• Experience as a scrum master or tech lead

Salary Range:
8m - 15m Yen

Interview Process:
1 - 3 interviews (Interviews can be conducted in English)

Tests:
Aptitude test after 1st interview

Probation Period:
3 months
