### Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Support multiple mission-critical systems across various business domains, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance, usability, and alignment with agency objectives.
- Provide technical mentorship, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to key architectural decisions.
### Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to work across multiple projects and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, user-friendly, and secure applications.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience with RESTful Web Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and security best practices.
- Deep expertise in Oracle APEX 20.x or higher, PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- 5-7+ years of experience developing applications in complex, enterprise environments, with significant focus on Oracle APEX solutions.
