Title: AI Engineer / AI Workflow Specialist (Entry-Level / Hourly $22–24/hr)

Location: Hillside, NJ (On-site ONLY)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an AI Engineer / Workflow Specialist to help design, implement, and maintain AI-powered systems for marketing, sales, ecommerce, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI workflows for marketing, sales, and client engagement (email campaigns, lead generation, chatbots).
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, generative AI for images) with internal systems, client portals, and APIs (QuickBooks, Track-POD, etc.).
• Support internal tools for production, order tracking, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborate with contractors or other team members to prototype new features.
• Continuously explore and implement new AI tools to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with AI models and APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Stable Diffusion, or similar).
• Experience with databases and backend integration (Supabase, Postgres, Firebase, or similar).
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Python, Node.js, JavaScript).
• Interest in ecommerce, marketing automation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation — this role is hands-on and iterative.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (Next.js, React)
• Knowledge of AI-generated images and AR integrations
• Previous experience building chatbots or intelligent agents
