- 8+ years of experience for Senior GenAI Engineer or 10+ years for Staff/Principal GenAI Engineer in building machine learning models and systems
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
- Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business SMEs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures
- Own and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable codebases in Python and SQL
- Support deployment of GenAI applications on cloud platforms with optimized resource usage and CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate requirements into impactful AI solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to engineering teams
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM and Generative AI research and experiment with emerging techniques
