We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a portfolio of seller-facing and operational product experiences. This role will focus on designing intuitive, scalable solutions across complex workflows, including onboarding experiences, operational tools, and AI-driven features. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can operate independently, lead end-to-end design efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple product workstreams, including operational tools and AI-enabled experiences
- Translate product requirements and business logic into user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design and optimize workflows for onboarding, operations, and service management experiences
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define scope, prioritize work, and align on experience strategy
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility, support implementation, and iterate based on constraints
- Create interactive prototypes to support stakeholder alignment, usability testing, and development handoff
- Contribute to and leverage existing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and design leadership
- Support UX research activities, including prototype creation, discussion guides, and synthesis of findings
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities across concurrent workstreams

- Provide consistent UX design support to ensure product development is not blocked by design gaps
- Deliver high-quality, end-to-end interaction design across multiple user journeys
- Maintain design consistency across parallel initiatives
- Establish reusable patterns and documentation to support long-term scalability
- Enable faster product decisions through rapid prototyping and iteration

Deliverables
- User flows, journey maps, and interaction models

- Interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review
- Design specifications and implementation documentation
- Contributions to design systems (components and patterns)
- Documentation of design rationale and decision history
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX/product design, with a focus on complex systems or enterprise tools
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end design across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience working within established design systems
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and research
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience designing for operational workflows or B2B platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-based experiences is a plus

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted pay range for this role is $80 to $90/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
