IT Automation Engineer (Hybrid in Bangalore)
Role summary
Smartsheet is seeking an IT Automation Engineer in Bangalore to enhance IT and Security team efficiency by automating manual tasks. This hybrid role involves identifying and automating Tier 1 operations like password resets and patch triggers using scripting and workflow tools. You will develop Freshservice orchestrations integrated with systems such as Active Directory and M365, write PowerShell/Python scripts for endpoint management, and track automation success rates. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT/DevOps experience with a focus on scripting, system integration, and ITSM processes, along with a proven automation portfolio.
