Senior Manager, Product Operations (Remote Eligible)
Role summary
The Senior Manager, Product Operations will lead a team responsible for the planning, execution, and shipping processes within the product organization. This player-coach role involves managing Product Operations Managers, establishing operational standards, and partnering with product and engineering leadership. Key responsibilities include designing the product operating model, setting tooling strategy (including Smartsheet and AI tools), defining role standards, and driving cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product operations or program management, with at least 2-3 years in people management, strong executive communication skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
