Manager, AI/ML Ops Engineering (Hybrid in Bangalore)
Role summary
Smartsheet is seeking a Manager, AI/ML Ops Engineering for their India Global Capability Center in Bangalore. This hybrid role involves leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML Ops engineers, defining and governing scalable and reliable AI/ML operations solutions, and developing standardized MLOps workflows. The manager will focus on team development, performance, and fostering a positive culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD/CT pipelines, ensuring deployment safety and resilience, aligning AI projects with business strategies, and adhering to compliance, security, and ethical guidelines. The role requires hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, modern software engineering practices, and AI/MLOps tools like Databricks and MLFlow.
