Job Description

As a Technical Product Designer / Creative Developer, you’ll help design and build the digital tools that power our business.

Part designer, part developer — you’ll work on interfaces, websites, internal tools, and automation systems powered by modern technologies including AI-assisted workflows and data-driven systems.

You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to turn ideas into working products.

You won’t just design things — you’ll help bring them to life.

Responsibilities
Product & Interface Design

• Design intuitive and modern user interfaces for internal tools and client portals
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design systems using tools like Figma
• Ensure usability, clarity, and visual consistency across products

Development & Automation

• Build and maintain internal tools and workflows
• Connect APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms
• Develop dashboards and user-facing interfaces
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using modern tools

AI & Intelligent Systems

• Integrate AI tools and APIs to enhance internal workflows and user experiences
• Use AI-assisted tools for prototyping, content generation, and automation
• Help design systems that leverage AI for productivity and decision support

Web & Growth Design

• Build and manage marketing websites using Webflow or similar tools
• Create visuals for landing pages, advertisements, and social campaigns
• Optimize designs for performance and conversion

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product teams, and operations
• Identify inefficiencies and design tools to solve them
• Contribute to both product experience and marketing systems

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and technical work
• Experience with Figma, Webflow, or similar design tools
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern web applications
• Experience working with AI tools, or AI-assisted development
• Understanding of UX principles and modern UI patterns
• Ability to move quickly from idea → prototype → working product

Bonus

• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Familiarity with automation platforms or workflow builders
• Experience with low-code / no-code tools
• Motion design or creative marketing assets
• Experience building internal tools or dashboards

Description du poste

En tant que Designer-Développeur Produit, vous participerez à la conception et au développement des outils numériques qui soutiennent notre entreprise.

À la fois designer et développeur, vous travaillerez sur des interfaces, des sites web, des outils internes et des systèmes d’automatisation utilisant des technologies modernes, incluant l’intelligence artificielle.

Vous collaborerez avec les équipes produit, opérations et marketing pour transformer des idées en solutions concrètes.

Vous ne vous contenterez pas de concevoir — vous aiderez à construire.

Responsabilités

Design Produit & Interfaces

• Concevoir des interfaces utilisateur modernes et intuitives pour des outils internes et portails clients
• Créer des wireframes, maquettes et systèmes de design (Figma ou équivalent)
• Assurer une expérience utilisateur claire et cohérente

Développement & Automatisation

• Développer et maintenir des outils internes
• Connecter API, bases de données et services SaaS
• Créer des interfaces et tableaux de bord interactifs
• Automatiser des tâches répétitives

IA & Systèmes intelligents

• Intégrer des API et outils d’intelligence artificielle dans les produits et workflows
• Utiliser des outils assistés par IA pour le prototypage et la génération de contenu
• Participer à la conception de systèmes exploitant l’IA pour améliorer la productivité

Web & Marketing

• Construire et gérer des sites marketing via Webflow ou outils similaires
• Créer des visuels pour pages de destination, publicités et réseaux sociaux
• Optimiser les designs pour la performance et la conversion

Collaboration

• Travailler avec les équipes produit, opérations et marketing
• Identifier les inefficacités et concevoir des outils pour les résoudre
• Contribuer à l’expérience produit et à la présence marketing

Qualifications

• Portfolio démontrant à la fois des compétences en design et en développement
• Expérience avec Figma, Webflow ou outils similaires
• Connaissance de JavaScript et frameworks frontend (React, Vue, etc.)
• Expérience avec API, bases de données et applications web
• Expérience avec outils ou API d’intelligence artificielle
• Bonne compréhension des principes UX et UI modernes
