Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with a background in clinical data, biomedical research, or life sciences to support our clinical and translational programs. The ideal candidate will analyze and interpret complex biomedical datasets, contribute to clinical study analyses, and generate insights that support decision-making across research, clinical development, and regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage clinical and biomedical datasets from clinical trials, observational studies, and investigator-initiated research.
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform statistical analyses and generate reports to support clinical development programs.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to clinical, scientific, and executive teams.
- Support biomarker analysis, patient stratification, and exploratory data analyses.
- Collaborate with clinicians, biostatisticians, and research teams to interpret study results.
- Contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports, scientific publications, and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to GCP, data integrity standards, and data governance policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with clinical datasets, biomedical research data, or healthcare data.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clinical trial data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM).
- Familiarity with biomarker data, omics data, or translational research datasets.
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions or clinical study reports.
- Background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical research.
