UX UI Designer

<Duties>

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin to communicate ideas effectively.
• Develop responsive web designs that adapt flawlessly across various devices, including mobile devices and desktops.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine designs based on data analysis from tools like Google Analytics 360 and Web analytics.
• Design engaging data visualizations and motion graphics to enhance user understanding and interaction within dashboards or product interfaces.
• Apply design thinking principles to develop information architecture, user flows, layout design, and interaction design that optimize usability.
• Work within Agile development cycles (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of web accessibility and adherence to design patterns.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products, including e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, React Express, and RESTful API integration.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, information architecture, and layout design using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, and Zeplin.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile) and experience working in collaborative teams using Jira or SharePoint for project management.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive web design principles, and usability best practices.
• Data analysis skills using SQL or Google Analytics to inform design decisions through insights gained from user behavior metrics.
• Experience designing for web accessibility standards across various devices including mobile devices; knowledge of motion graphics with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
