**About the Role**
At Soff, engineers own tasks end-to-end. Every engineer is expected to be a part-time product manager. We're looking for people who want to grow and deeply care about their work!
**What We're Looking For**
* **Full ownership** — own and grow!
* **Strong generalist** — you're excellent on either the front end or back end, and comfortable working across the stack
* **Front-end expertise** with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, UX, and clean architecture
* **Back-end experience** with TypeScript, building reliable, scalable systems
* **Product-minded engineer** who understands tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scale
* **You've overcome hardships in life.**
**What You'll Do**
* Build and own entire parts of the product
* Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end — from UI to APIs to infrastructure
* Help optimize and scale agents, improving latency, reliability, and cost
* Ship to prod every day, multiple times, and iterate based on real user feedback
