Soff is seeking an AI-Native Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder, driving high-priority initiatives across customer success, operations, and strategy. This role acts as the connective tissue between functions, ensuring smooth scaling. Responsibilities include owning cross-functional execution, leading customer success operations, refining internal processes, analyzing data for insights, managing special projects, and communicating customer feedback. The ideal candidate possesses a product and technical orientation, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset. This is a remote, full-time position within the AI technology sector.

**About the Role**

You will join our team as Chief of Staff. You'll work directly with the founder to drive the highest-priority initiatives across the company — from customer success to operations to strategy. You'll be the connective tissue between every function, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.

**What you'll do**

* Own cross-functional execution: coordinate between engineering, sales, and customers to ensure priorities are aligned and moving fast
* Serve as the founder's force multiplier — take ownership of critical projects, prepare for key meetings, and drive follow-through on strategic decisions
* Lead customer success operations: oversee onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients, stepping in directly when needed to ensure white-glove service
* Build and refine internal processes, workflows, and reporting as the company scales from early customers to broader market adoption
* Analyze customer and business data to surface insights, identify bottlenecks, and recommend priorities to the leadership team
* Own special projects end-to-end: offsites, tradeshows, partnership announcements, case studies, hiring coordination, and whatever else the business needs
* Communicate customer feedback and field intelligence to product and engineering in a structured, prioritized way
* Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence across the team
* Fill gaps — do whatever it takes to help Soff and our customers succeed, even when it doesn't fit neatly into a job description
