Principal Product Manager, Member 360
Role summary
SoFi is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its Member 360 data product. This role is critical for unifying member data to enhance product personalization, AI capabilities, marketing effectiveness, customer support, and risk/fraud management. The Product Manager will define data contracts, quality standards, and operating models, while leading cross-organizational prioritization and managing a unified backlog. Key responsibilities include driving data governance, orchestrating integrations with various business functions, and ensuring adoption through clear communication and release cadences. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product management experience, with deep expertise in data platforms like Customer 360, MDM, and CDP, alongside strong data acumen and proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

The Role
We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, structure, and cross-organizational execution of SoFi’s Member 360 data product. Member 360 is a unified data product which pulls together everything we know about our members and customers to enable product personalization, better AI products, more effective marketing, better customer support, and support our risk and fraud requirements. We need to improve the design and integration across all our providers to better support consumers of member data. You will align with consumers across our Lending and Financial Service Businesses, Engineering, Data Science, Risk/Fraud/AML, and Marketing to deliver governed, high-quality, and widely adopted member data capabilities.
