Role summary
SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead new initiatives within its Personal Loans business. This role involves defining and driving a multi-quarter roadmap to unlock growth, expand the product ecosystem, and deliver member value. Responsibilities include scaling cross-sell experiences, developing recommendation and ranking systems, incubating new opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, a proven track record of delivering business impact, strong product intuition, and a data-driven mindset. Experience in fintech, lending, and growth/personalization systems is preferred.

The Role
SoFi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic portfolio of new initiatives within our Personal Loans business. In this role, you will define and drive a multi-quarter roadmap focused on unlocking new growth opportunities, expanding our product ecosystem, and delivering meaningful value to our members.
You will own and scale key cross-sell experiences, including systems that power intelligent product recommendations and ranking across SoFi surfaces. You’ll also evaluate and incubate new product opportunities, partnerships, and emerging bets that extend the reach of our Personal Loans platform.
This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear direction in evolving spaces, and is equally comfortable defining strategy and driving execution. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life and ensure they deliver measurable results.
