Senior Product Manager, Originations Core
Role summary
SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Originations Core platform within the Borrow business unit. This role will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for systems and experiences related to member loan discovery, application, and management. The Product Manager will own foundational platform capabilities and member-facing experiences across web and mobile, including application entry points, UI systems, application data models, and credit decisioning. This position requires strong systems thinking, technical product management skills, a data-driven approach, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in fintech, lending, or platform-focused roles is preferred.

The Role
SoFi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Originations Core platform within the Borrow business unit. In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the systems and experiences that power how members discover, apply for, and manage loans across SoFi.
You will operate at the center of our lending ecosystem, owning both foundational platform capabilities and critical member-facing experiences. This includes the Borrow experience across web and mobile, reusable UI systems, entry points into the application funnel, and core originations infrastructure such as application data models and credit decisioning.
This role requires a product leader who can think holistically across systems, teams, and user journeys. You will partner closely with multiple product teams, engineering squads, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, scale platform capabilities, and deliver measurable improvements to conversion, efficiency, and member experience.
