Role summary
SoFi's MarTech group is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for the Member Growth - Web Acquisition team. This role focuses on accelerating member growth by developing and maintaining fast, personalized web experiences across organic and paid channels. You will own the full development lifecycle, building innovative solutions that directly influence top-of-funnel user acquisition. Responsibilities include integrating AI capabilities, building a scalable web platform, empowering marketing teams with self-serve content creation, SEO/GEO optimization, and experimentation on logged-out web experiences. The role involves working with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, and modern web frameworks, ensuring high availability and scalability in production.

The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Member Growth - Web Acquisition team. This team is part of Sofi’s MarTech group and is dedicated to transforming the marketing technology landscape with the ultimate goal of accelerating SoFi’s member growth. We will achieve this by developing and maintaining world-class, fast, personalized web experiences across organic and paid channels.
You will own the full development lifecycle, building innovative solutions that directly influence our top-of-funnel user acquisitions. By integrating AI-driven capabilities and building scalable web platform, this role will help empower marketing and growth teams with self-serve content creation, SEO/GEO optimization, and experimentation on SoFi’s logged-out web experiences, enabling faster iteration, stronger organic growth, and adaptability to an evolving digital ecosystem and platform constraints.
