Senior System Infrastructure Engineers
Role summary
Solix Inc. is seeking Senior System Infrastructure Engineers to administer, maintain, install, configure, and support cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include utilizing VMware, VSphere, VCenter, ESXi, SRM/DR, NSX, VSAN, AWS, Azure, UCSM, Cisco UCS Central, and HCI. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues, designing and implementing upgrades and migrations, applying security policies, performing routine maintenance like backups and performance tuning, and training users. This is a full-time position with travel and relocation involved.
Senior System Infrastructure Engineers: Administer, maintain, install, configure, and support Cloud Infrastructure; Utilize VMware, VSphere, VCenter, ESXi,, SRM//DR, NSX, VSAN, AWS, azure, UCSM, Cisco UCS Central, HCI, etc ; collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex infrastructure issues; design & implement infrastructure upgrades & migrations; provide technical expertise in applying security policies; involve in routine systems maintenance including backup, performance tuning scheduling, etc.; train users. Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Related AND 3 years’ experience in system administration using VMware Infrastructure (OR) BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in system administration using VMware Infrastructure.
