### The Role:
We are looking for a Product Owner to play a critical role within our agile development teams. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring that what we build delivers meaningful value to our customers and aligns with our broader product and business strategy.
Reporting to a Product Manager, you will own backlog prioritization, define clear and actionable user stories, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality, timely delivery. This role requires a strong grasp of customer needs, product direction, and business outcomes—combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Drive flexible, high-quality product delivery by applying agile methodologies
- Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and maintain clear product requirements with strong alignment throughout the release cycle
- Prioritize and communicate effectively, ensuring work is aligned with company strategy and highest-impact opportunities
- Prepare sprint-ready user stories that are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent sprint execution
- Maintain a high standard of delivery by ensuring readiness, clarity, and alignment ahead of development cycles
### What We're Looking For:
- Strong ability to identify what matters most—focusing on high-impact work while intentionally deprioritizing lower-value efforts
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders and team members toward shared outcomes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and proactive decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple competing priorities
### Required Experience:
- Experience in project management
- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience scoping work and delivering through incremental development
