Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Site Reliability Engineering. In this role, you will lead teams responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of the company's platforms and services. Daily responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure operations, implementing quality control measures, identifying and resolving system inefficiencies, and driving automation efforts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align operational strategies and ensure system resilience.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in On-Site management and overseeing critical infrastructure related to Site Reliability Engineering
- Exceptional Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record in Quality Control practices and ensuring system performance optimization
- Background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering is advantageous
- Proficiency in developing strategies to improve scalability and uptime of complex systems
- Deep understanding of automation tools, DevOps methodologies, and cloud platforms
- Leadership and team management experience within technical or engineering teams
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor any candidate at this time.
- A Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
Pay Rate:
$575,000/yr plus competitive benefits
