Our client is looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer | Sr Analyst, Analytics, Data Engineering to support the design and execution of scalable data‑processing workflows across modern data platforms. This role blends technical depth with business understanding—ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into actionable insights while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Develop robust data workflows leveraging tools such as T‑SQL, Python, PySpark/Snowpark, Snowflake, and Alteryx.
- Translate business requirements into well‑structured technical designs and implement them across enterprise data platforms.
- Perform ETL, data cleansing, and integration from diverse data sources into cloud or on‑prem environments.
- Write advanced SQL queries to support analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Build and optimize data models within SQL Server and/or Snowflake.
- Combine multiple tools and platforms to deliver automated, recurring analytical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and overall data quality.
- Extract insights and provide recommendations that guide marketing and strategic decision‑making.
- Assess tools and technologies to determine the best fit for specific analytical needs.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and partners to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Maintain strong quality control through thorough auditing and validation of processes and outputs.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Programming, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience with MS SQL.
- Strong exposure to Python, PySpark/Snowpark, and Alteryx preferred.
- Experience working with data in marketing or media environments is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon S3, or Redshift.
- Strong problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
