Our Client is looking for a Senior Analyst – Analytics & Data Engineering to help build and manage advanced data-processing solutions that power critical analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, designing scalable workflows, and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop robust data workflows using T‑SQL, Python, PySpark/Snowpark, and Alteryx across multiple platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into well‑designed, reliable technical solutions.
  • Perform ETL, data cleansing, and integration across diverse data sources.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support analytics and reporting.
  • Build and tune data models in SQL Server and/or cloud-based environments.
  • Use a mix of tools to implement automated, recurring analytic processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Extract insights and present data-driven recommendations that support marketing and business objectives.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to determine the best approach for each project.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver accurate solutions.
  • Maintain strong quality control through consistent auditing and validation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on programming experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience with Python, Alteryx, and PySpark/Snowpark is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud data environments (Snowflake, S3, Redshift).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agency or marketing data experience is a bonus.
